Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. All cards are shipped in protective sleeves, top loaders, and secure packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Graded Cards: PSA and CGC graded slabs receive extra protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Returns & Refunds

Authenticity Guarantee: If you receive a card that is not authentic, we offer a full refund with return shipping covered.

Condition Issues: If a card arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened sealed products and custom bundles may not be eligible for return.
